The Bed and Breakfast is a newly built with ensuites in the large bedrooms and unbelievable views over the Hawkdun Range and valley. Onsite art studio offers opportunities to learn to paint, or for visiting artists to relax and paint the many views locally.

The B & B is totally off the grid giving you an opportunity to relish the calm, quiet atmosphere while still being able to be enjoy a huge range of activities either on site or close by or at different times of the year. Warm in winter with a huge wood burner and in room heating, to cool in summer with a large verandah and your own outdoor table and chairs to enjoy pre dinner drinks, or simply to sit and enjoy the view through all seasons.

Nearby is the village of St Bathans, now part of the Otago Goldfields’ Park, a remnant of an old gold mining town. Many of the original buildings still survive and the township is now a historic precinct. Central Otago is well worth a visit at any time of the year from totally inspiring winter vistas with snow and brilliant days to awesome autumn colours.
